CIRCULAR ROLLING DIES FOR SERRATIONS/KNURLING AND SPLINES

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

MPTPL manufactures Dies to cold form serrations/knurling and splines on shafts and components. These rolls are made in Cold work tool steel grades like D2, SKD-11 and also in HSS material.
The rolls can be made for diameter up to 300mm.
Knurling rolls are offered for pitches 0.5mm-3. 0mm.These rolls are made in straight type as well as cross type with 30 Degrees and 45 degrees helix.
Serration rolls are made for Serration profiles as per DIN, IS, JIS AISI and other customers drawings/requirements.
Spline rolls are made for Straight and Helical splines for straight and helical types, in PA-20 degree to 30degrees, in full form or stub form as per requirement.
MPTPL also undertakes regrinding of all type of above rolls.
