ULTIMA Quality: MPTPL offers MPT ULTIMA brand, Flat Thread Rolling Dies for high performance thread rolling of fasteners and components.
MPT ULTIMA Dies are made from High performance Tool steel sourced from finest steel manufacturers of world, which is machined carefully and given non-conventional heat treatment cycles to have more hardness, toughness and wear resistance.
MPT ULTIMA dies are also offered with proprietary HAWETO coating so that these dies perform on all rollable materials having hardness up to 40HRC.
MPT ULTIMA variant dies are made for all machine sizes and thread range from 0.5mm-4.0mm pitch with Radiused Root Runouts (RRO).
