TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

MPTPL manufactures Flat Thread Rolling dies to form self-tapping steel screws of profiles A,B,AB,C and other with or without Gimlet point.
These dies are made from Selected Cold work tools steel on which thread form is machined on CNC machines. These dies produce sharp thread form and clean point.
MPTPL makes Steel screw dies to roll all types of self-tapping screws and lag bolts.
These dies can be made for diameter 3.0mm to 20.0mm with screw lengths up-to 150mm.
Dies for self-drilling screws, Hi-lo thread forms and railway coach screws are also made.
